On the 12th February, Lawrence Dallaglio and friends started cycling from to Murrayfield. This is a 2800 km cycling challenge, taking place during the Six Nations tournament, visiting , Twickenham, and along the way. The objective is to raise money for Sport Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation, which supports some excellent charities including, Cancer Research UK, Leukaemia Research, DebRA, Help for Heroes and the PRA Benevolent Fund .
I’ll be joining Lawrence and a team from Greene King in to take part in the challenge by cycling the 442 km Paris-Twickenham stage. The ride will take 4 days (23-26 Feb 2010) so I’ll have to be pretty fit to achieve it!
My commitment is to raise at least £1,000 towards the chosen charities and I want to raise even more and that's why I really need your help to be able to do this. So if you can help me that would be absolutely fantastic.
I also appreciate that times are tough and little requests from people like me can be inconvenient but if I can get a contribution from everyone I know we will be well on the way to helping these charities and the brilliant work they achieve.
Thank you so much
Elaine
