Sadly Elaine suffered a stroke on Monday 7th March and passed away Thursday 10th March. Elaine suffered with the life long condition of Lymphoedema and joined the group 'Lymphoedema is part of who I am' on Facebook which I set up in 2007. Here Elaine contributed to the discussions and posts regarding this condition on a daily basis. She offered alot of support and advice to other members and kept us up to date about her progress of learning to live with her condition.

Elaine was a great support to the group and I am sure many of us will have taken advice from Elaine regarding our condition, or even just received a supportive message from her. She will be a great miss to the group as she was such a loyal member.

In her memory I have set up this page so we can gather donations for the Lymphoedmea Support Network to pay respect to her for all the hard work she did on the group to help other lymphoedema sufferers.
