Yes I admit I have got the running bug and have decided to run the London Marathon 2010!!!!

When I completed the Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon in September for the Severn Hospice I really thought that would be it for me (actually when I think that that was only half way I wonder how I am going to do it!) but the Oswestry Orthopaedic Hospital really needs our support.

We are so lucky to have the care they offer and it is it great to have the opportunity to give something back.

I have set a target and I really need your help to hit it, with that in mind I need to ask you all to dig deep. In return you all get to watch me encounter the blisters, aches and pains, etc. Don't worry I will share all these moans and groans with you all!!!

Anyway back to training - thanks again for all your help and support!!!
