The Women's Therapy Centre aims to provide psychotherapy to women who traditionally have not had access to therapy, including women on low incomes, women from black and minority ethnic communities and refugees and asylum seekers. It has expertise in working complex including childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and eating problems.

My story

As I got my sister to cycle to Brighton she finally called in the debt and I’m now having to run 5k. I know for most of you this isn't very far but for me, who hates running with a passion, it's really quite amazing I'm even thinking of doing this!

Thanks for your support and please dig deep for this charity that my sister has been volunteering for now for several years.
