In July 1993 Emily sadly lost her sister to leukaemia, times were difficult as it was, with all the treatment Jenny had to go through at such a young age, and Jo & John having to fight this battle as well as bringing up troublesome twins Emily & Hannah, but throughout all of this Clic offered massive support to the family in more ways than people can imagine, and now Emily & Emma wants to give back and try to help others...

 

 

We all wish and hope that we will never be in the situation to need the help from any charity, but unfortunately these situations occur and we need help from others and this is where charities like Clic play a important role.

 

 

It’s easy to watch TV or listen on the radio to a charity advert and think, that’s great ill help one day, but why one day? Unfortunate incidents are never planned and that is why it’s never too late to help and donate.

 

 

So after running Bristol half marathon in September 2010 the running bug didn’t completely disappear and it has always been an aspiration of both to complete this massive challenge and run London marathon so here we go........
