I have always wanted to run (well jog) the London Marathon. I only live a few minutes away and each year I'd become all emotional watching everybody run past. I needed a great cause for me to get my trainers on and what better cause than the Alzheimer's Society which supports people with dementia and their carers. I am passionate about improving the quality of care of people with dementia and carers.

Thank you for digging deep and helping me to raise lots of money for a cause which surely touches everybody.
