I DID IT! That is my soot stained foot in the picture, along with Sara Murray, my partner in firewalking crime :) Thank you all for sponsoring me - I really appreciate it. Next stop, the Baker Hughes 10K.
There are more than 390 people living with Motor Neurone Disease in Scotland. Around 130 people will be diagnosed with it this year.
Motor Neurone Disease stops the nerve cells that control the body’s movement from sending messages to muscles. MND is often rapid and always fatal. There is no known cure.
MND Scotland is the only charity providing care and support for people with MND and their carers, while also funding research into the disease
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
