Story

Hello Everyone

On valentines day this year my mum passed away. On early hours of thurs morning she woke my dad up saying she felt sick- dad went to the bathroom to get her a bowl- and the next thing she was collapsed on the bed- he ran downstairs to myself and my partner shouting ''I think mums having a stroke'' so called 999 and took her straight to st georges- few hours later they told my dad that there was nothing they could do shes not going to make it- it was a brain hemorage in the back of the brain- even if they tried to operate she would of died or been brian dead- in the end she passed away on valentines day- it was the worst day of our lives- I was currently pregnant with her first grandchild! Recently I saw my friends status on facebook saying that her dad passed away- so messaged her saying sorry and I no how it feels to loose a parent- and its so ironic because sams dad had exactly the same thing as mum- so we have both decided to do a charity event on Saturday 24th may at 12 pm and we are doing a charity walk starting at the Worcester park atheletic club and walking through motspur park. We feel like we need to do this as we do not want anyone to feel the pain that we have all been through. We are doing this for my mum kay and sams dad mick- and the survivors who have suffered the traumatic brain haemorrhage who have a had a stroke or who are brain dead because of having a brain haemorrhage or any other neurogical illnesses. We would not wish this on our worst enemy. and feel so passionate about this charity. R.I.P mum and mick xxxx
