Hello folks and thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. On Friday 27th November 2009 I will be foregoing my usual "Must climb the hard stuff, must get better at this" style of climbing for a more endurance sort of thing - a sponsored climb in aid of Temwa, a Bristol-based charity working in communities in Malawi. The challenge is to climb the vertical height of Mount Everest between a group of 54 climbers - 164m of climbing per person. I hasten to add that will take place in the safety and comfort of Undercover Rock rather than on any actual mountains, Everest sized or otherwise. We worked this out as roughly 16 goes up the wall - rather more than I manage in a night when I'm pushing myself. Bring on the 4s and 5As (the nice easy stuff) I say.
