My story
We are really overwhelmed by the amount that has been donated so far - thank you so much.
Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. I am trying to raise money for Ronald McDonald House in memory of my beautiful daughter Erin, who was born with a congenital heart condition and passed away on 1st December 2011, aged 22 days.
Erin was transferred to Alder Hey Childrens Hospital when she was 1 day old and we were never able to take her home. Her daddy and I are so grateful that we were able to stay at Ronald McDonald House, which was only a 3 minute walk from the ICU. At the time we did not know that we would only have 22 days with our precious daughter. Now we can appreciate that every second really did count and we will never be able to fully express our gratitude to Ronald McDonald House for allowing us to stay in such close proximity to our darling Erin, thereby increasing the time that we had with her. The memories that we have from this time will stay with us forever and through them Erin will live on in our hearts.
Your kind donations will help Ronald McDonald House to provide the same support to other parents.
Thank you,
Anna and Johnpaul x
