Hello, my name is Erin Jones. 

My Grandpa has Lupus, and the aim of my Butterfly Walk to Pen Y Fan is to raise awareness and support for the Charity Lupus UK.

Lupus is an incurable autoimmune disease, that not many people know much about, where the body's defences attack itself causing inflammation and damage in the joints. muscles and other organs.
