Every year I look forward to this event, 2020 will be my third RED January and possibly my most challenging yet... I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October and began chemotherapy in November.

 I’m aiming to run/walk 5km every day in January to raise all the money I can for both Mind & Breast Cancer Now. 

These are two incredible organisations which provide such valuable support ensuring there is always somewhere to turn to for advice, information & most of all to be heard.
