My story

Hello everyone,

This Sunday I will undertake the challenge of performing 75 sun salutations in an hour. For those of you unfamiliar with yoga, a sun salutation (in Sanskrit, Surya Namaskar – literally a ‘salute to the sun’) involves a moving sequence of 12 yoga postures, meaning that I will have 48 seconds to perform each sun salutation and that I will flow through 900 individual postures within an hour!

I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for Action on Addiction, a charity that works to free people from addiction and its effects. To learn more about Action on Addiction, how they contribute to our community, and how you can help if interested, go to: http://www.actiononaddiction.org.uk/
