Hello everyone,

This Sunday I will undertake the challenge of performing 75 sun salutations in an hour. For those of you unfamiliar with yoga, a sun salutation (in Sanskrit, Surya Namaskar – literally a ‘salute to the sun’) involves a moving sequence of 12 yoga postures, meaning that I will have 48 seconds to perform each sun salutation and that I will flow through 900 individual postures within an hour!

I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for Action on Addiction, a charity that works to free people from addiction and its effects.
