We lost our beautiful sister Julia to Cancer on 13th November 2012. She had fought this horrible disease for over 12 long years. Julia was one of the bravest people you could ever hope to meet, she never ever complained even when she was suffering dreadful pain. She remained funny, kind, caring and just brilliant right to the end. Her family and friends loved her very very much and we miss her madly already.

We are fundraising for Kirkwood Hospice who provided Julia's care at the end of her life. The nursing staff are absolute angels. They knew how precious our girl was to us and treated and cared for her with huge amounts of compassion. They are caring, professional, lovely and funny and were always on hand to give us a hug when we needed one too. Julia loved them all and so do we. This is our way of thanking them for the wonderful work they do by trying to raise some funding for the hospice.
