Are you up for the Hounds For Heroes fitness challenge?

Join in our fitness challege! Do it individually or in teams - in your kit! Ask your friends, family and colleagues if they want to sponsor you! Even better get them involved too! We have great 'Fit in Kit' packs with T shirt, goodies and medal!

You’ll be helping raise funds for the wonderful charity, Hounds For Heroes, that aims to restore hope to those who have been injured in the service of their country.

Wear your work gear, sports kit or uniform to show your support for our heroes!

We have 4 specially designed challenges to choose from that you can do in teams or on your own. They are designed to test your overall fitness and the challenges vary from easy to tough - so take your pick!
