During the cold February month when I was doing work on my Whipped & Baked bakery, I kept noticing individuals leaving the local park after having obviously spent the night there sleeping rough. I couldn't fathom what would have driven someone to have chosen that lifestyle and whatever horrors they were trying to escape to have left their home and decide to become homeless. 

My bakery offers suspended coffee to homeless individuals, funded by the generosity of my customers who donate £1 to have two hot drinks banked for whenever it is needed by a homeless person who walks into the bakery. This scheme is supported by StonePillow charity, the local homeless charity which I am hoping to fundraise for by doing this sleep out.
