Centrepoint Sleep Out 2009 · 12 November 2009 ·

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving website.

Centrepoint is Forsters chosen corporate charity with whom we have been working for the last two years.  As a firm well known for its work with property, it seems particularly appropriate that we should give our support to those who do not enjoy that basic provision.

On 12 November 2009, four members of our Commercial Property team will be taking part in a sleep out in Spitalfields Market.  They will joining over 450 others helping to raise the profile of the work of Centrepoint who work with homeless youngsters on the streets of London.

"None of us have ever been as vulnerable as the people for whom Centrepoint makes a real difference.  In our everyday lives we take going home to a warm and sheltered environment entirely for granted.  Sleeping rough for a night will enable us to be part of something that really aims to give back".   Glenn Dunn, Partner
