Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page and sponsoring me for the challenge of my life.  When my sister suggested that we cycle across Tanzania to raise funds for Women v Cancer it was an easy and instant decision.  I was born in Tanzania 60 years ago, have never been back and cannot wait to share this adventure with Janice.

I do cycle but realise that I will need to train hard for this as we will be covering about 216 miles over 5 days over rough terrain.  It may take me a while on my Grandson's bike (shown in my picture), so perhaps I'd best not take that one with me!

Before I am accepted I have to raise £3,000, so your generosity is very much appreciated.  It is important to me that all donations are given directly to the three charities (Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action) rather than covering my costs, so I am funding all aspects of the administration and personal tour costs myself.
