Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you may or may not know, I'm taking part in the Yoga Aid challenge (at the Yoga Show on Sat October 31st)

This means that myself and a group of other yoga-obsessed people, will be completing 108 sun salutations to raise money for charity!! No mean feat, I can assure you.

For those of you who have no idea what a sun salutaion is, or just want to know more about the challenge, here is a clip from last year's show:

The money I raise will be going to the Special Yoga Centre (www.specialyoga.org.uk) - this is a fantastic charity that aims to bring yoga to everyone regardless of age, disability, economic and social background. They do lots of great work with children effected by a variety of conditions such as Down's Syndrome, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, autism and many others - their work is really beneficial as it focuses on each individual's uniqueness and potential.

Any donation would be much appreciated, my target is - obviously - £108!
