For those of you that know me, Know I’m not a cyclist I believe the engine was designed for a reason and undertaking the welsh Ironman challenge of 109 miles in 1 day with over 8000ft of elevation Is a huge challenge and one I’m very nervous about. But raising money for great charities is all the motivation that’s needed to see the challenge through. How ever small the donation it’s very appreciated by myself and of corse the great charities.
