My personal message:

Hi,                                                                                                                                              Thanks for visiting the site.

After the great success of the 10k run I have decided to try and raise the £300 to take us over our target of £1500 by running in the High Peak 40 miler on Saturday 15th Sept. Thankfully I won't be wearing my Sumo suit !!

The 40 mile challenge is a run starting and finishing in Buxton and taking in the Bonsal Incline, Goyt Valley, Whaley Bridge, Chinley, Rushup Edge, Mam Tor Summit, Castleton, Bradwell moor, Tideswell, Monsal Dale, Chelmorton and King Sterndale.

45% track & trail, 35% road & lane, 20% grass track with an overall ascent of over 5000ft.
