My dad died 4 and a half years ago from a heart attack, last March my cousin had a heart attack at the age of 48, then in December one of my employees had a heart attack, and now I've just found out that one of my closest and longest friends has just had a heart attack. This has brought a few home truths about my lifestyle and fitness, so I've decided to do something about it, I am now trying to change my lifestyle by eating more healthily and doing more exercise and that's why I've signed up to do the London to Brighton Ride. I am doing it with my work buddy Kelvin Sherwood so this can be a joint fund raising page.
