Last July I underwent surgery at neurological centre, to remove a massive brain tumour which had spread to my skull and optic nerve. In the 8 hour operation the surgeons removed part of my skull and early indications show the majority if not all of the tumour has been removed. Thanks to ground breaking technology and care from staff at the WNC, I am now looking forward to a future with my husband and 2 young sons!

‘Just Walk’ at Goodwood is a 10km charity walk that my husband Robb and I are participating in on 15 May 2010, to try and give a little back to the unit to say thank you for all they have done for me.
