After the success of cyling through India last year, I am once again putting my feet on the pedals and undertaking a grueling off-road 400km cycle ride in Tanzania.  From 'Dar es Salaam, we will be cyling through Saadani Nation Park to the village of Ngerengere, each night camping along the route.  This ride takes us off the beaten track on a testing route which is beyond the normal boundaries.

Once we reach Ngerengere we will spend the day with the children at our project in Morogoro, which is to support HIV and Aids victims and their families.  The project is financed by ICT, a small but effective charity, with whom I am a Trustee.
