Geoff Smith - 12 Nov 1947 - 22 July 2011 (Age 63)
Teacher (King John, Lodge Park, Queen Elizabeth), Runner (Northants Striders), Swimming official (Corby Swimming Club), Musician, Artist and general all round trains, planes and automobiles enthusiast :)
In memory of a Wonderful Husband to Jan, Grandfather to Jakey, Father-In-Law to Jim and Olivia and Dearly loved Dad to Richard and Debbie.
Following a long illness and very courageous fight, Dad passed away peacefully with his family around him at Cynthia Spencer Hospice, Northampton.
The care and support provided by the district nurses, care providers, all at Cransley Hospice and the team at Kettering and Northampton General has been second to none. Words are not enough to thank you.

Cransley Hospice & Community Palliative Care
Charity Registration No. 1052867
Cransley Hospice provides Hospice care for North Northants. it is also the base for Macmillan nurses who provide specialist care in hospital and at home. Although within the NHS, the Hospice relies heavily on charitable donations with the current target being over £850,000 every year.
