Story

Thanks for taking time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Geoff Cainer, I am 64 years old and my ambition is to run the marathon in under four hours, this is my fourth Marathon since 2005 and this time I am running to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy.

Donating money to Action Duchenne will fund research for new medicines so desperately needed  to slow the severe muscle wasting and pave the way for a cure for Duchenne!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
