This August Bank Holiday 5 students, 2 carpet fitters, several people from the glue industry, an estate agent and a man from a chip shop are joining me in attempting to retake a Guinness World Record for the longest continuous game of cricket in the World EVER! In 2008 we set a record of 59 and a half hours but this has since been broken twice with a third attempt still unconfirmed.

We are planning to play for 105 hours come rain or shine and bring the record back to the UK, England and Bedfordshire. The record needs to come back to England as like the ashes it belongs in the home of cricket. Whilst doing this we will be raising money for Blunham Playing Fields Association, Orchid (a male cancer charity), Breast Cancer Research and St John's Hospice at Moggerhanger. All great causes who will benefit from your sponsorship, donations of all sizes are gratefully received!
