Open Hands is a charity helping the disadvantaged in Leicester with food, furniture, cloths, new baby packs etc. Visit their website

I have been involved with Open Hands in Leicester for several years and now want to help raise more money so that we can continue to expand its work. So I along with 4 others are aiming to cycle 102 miles from near Leicester to Norfolk on 5th May as part of the Century Cycle Challenge event and raise as much sponsorship as we can.

Open Hands works with disadvantaged people and families, who come from varied backgrounds including addictions, domestic violence, homeless people, asylum seekers, refugees and prostitutes. From its Highfields Compassion Centre, Open Hands provides clothes, toys, furniture and food.
