We are Survival International, the global movement for tribal peoples. We’re fighting for their survival around the world. We work in partnership with tribes and give them a platform to speak to the world. Tribal peoples need you. Let’s fight for their survival, together.

Story

I am going to cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End , principally because if I don't at some point, I'll regret it. I thought I could do some rare 'good' simultaneously by giving you the opportunity to help the charity Survival (http://www.survival-international.org/) - who I like. This is because tribal people live (partly) like (we did) in olden times and EVERYTHING IN THE PAST WAS BETTER, except bikes. I will be cycling down on my own (no surprise there) and sleeping rough bivi style which may be disastrous; who can tell in the fickle weather. From Edinburgh to London last time, this proved to work well, though I did get kicked out of a York park/bowling green at 7am. I'll aim to do 80-120 miles a day but may tail off to far less if my ankles get sore, or I get a flat tyre or whatever.

Your donations would be really appreciated, as will your welcome if you're in Inverness, Glasgow, England or many places in between.

Cheers

PS, This is not a Nigerian trick, your money will go to help real people. Indeed last time I got a very friendly thank you from Survival, but no thank you letters from far afield dammit.
