Once again we are looking to your good generous kind hearts to sponsor us in an other of our mad cap fund raising events this time it racing from Bali south Indonesia to Medan north Indonesia 3500km in a motorised 125cc rickshaw (tuc tuc) sounds easy enough, but as normal there is always a catch. The rickshaws are rubbish made ib China very few spare parts to repair them with the route will be up through the Sumatra Jungle, we have 14 days to complete the route, we have no guides to help us we are on our own to complete the run

All costs for this adventure are coverd by Paula Burns, John Henderson and George Rigby we do not use any of the money donated to the charity to cover the cost. All funds raised go direct to the charity

Their dedicated team of over 700 staff work across the country in more than 40 services, from Stranraer to Elgin & Aberdeenshire ,helping children and young people who need additional care and support to achieve their potential and to live safe, fulfilling lives. At Aberlour they have adapted and customised their services in response to the changing needs of vulnerable children, young people and their families for more than 135 years since the Aberlour orphanage was established in 1875. We help: children whose lives are affected by parental drug and alcohol dependency, young people who have social, educational and behavioural difficulties,children and young people who run away from home and are exposed to risk of harm, children and young people who have a disability, young children to experience positive parenting, play and early learning
