On May the 15th, I shall be abseiling down all 469 feet of Guys Tower in London in aid of the Evelina Childrens Heart Organisation.

The Evelina Children's Heart Organisation (ECHO) was set up to offer support to families of children with heart conditions who are treated at the Evelina Childrens's hospital within Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital trust.

Echo has benefited both me and my family greatly after my brother was born with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD). My dad is now (soon to be ex) chairman of the charity and my mum is an area contact for it. Echo has played a big part in my life and I feel its time I give something back, so please donate what you can, after all every little helps. They have helped my family and many others through the hard task of catering for a heart child, please support them and give them the chance to help other families in the similar situations.
