Story
Well, here goes... I'm running the Brighton Marathon on 15th April 2012. I know, crazy right?
I chose to apply for a charity space with the Stroke Association because they are a charity that mean a lot to me - two of my grandparents were hit with strokes in their later years and I saw first-hand what it did to them and their lives. I would like for more people to gain awareness of this charity and the work that they do, so if you do have five minutes to spare (as well as some of your hard-earned pennies!) please take a look at their website using the link on my page.
In the meantime, whilst I am out running in the snow, rain, wind and cold, trying to push through the niggles, not to mention the much anticipated "wall", in order to try to train for this monstrosity of an event, I would really appreciate it if you could dig deep into your pockets and make a donation to this very worthy charity.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thanks again and love to you all!
