I am simply astonished, but unfortunately only very occasionally, by individuals who quite simply 'make a difference'. Leah Pattison is one such. She saw a great need amongst destitute women in India and decided she could change their circumstances. She decided, she acted, and today her efforts deliver real life-changing results every day. Update: Well, I've arrived - Land's End. I have been touched by the wonderful generosity of all of you who supported me along the road - in whatever way!! Thank you all.
