This year I'm supporting The International Childcare Trust, a UK-based charity dedicated to the education and health of children in Asia and Africa (www.ict-uk.org).
I will take part in a Trek to Nepal in March 2010 - a visit to ICT's projects in the country and a trek in the Anapurna region including the ascension of Poon Hill (3200m).
As you can see from the pictures, I am slowly training for the hike, I have already conquered Shek O peak (284m!) and a karst peak in Guilin (150m)!!
