Hi Everyone,

I am taking part in a 4 day & night Wild Camping Trek to Machu Picchu. I have been advised that the trek is not for the faint-hearted and am presently on a very strict fitness regime, i will need both strength and stamina as will be trekking for 6 hours a day with temperatures exceeding 25 degrees during the day and dropping below zero at night, altitude reaches 4500m. There will be no creature comforts no running water or ammenities, so i will definately be getting back to basics! 

 

The Cause

I am raising money for Harlington Hospice Association. A registered Charity which provides care and support for people with life limiting illness in the Borough of Hillingdon.
