Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you all know I took part in the Great North Run in 2008 and although my time was the slowest of all the Team 100 runners I still got to the finish line in time to get a pint from the "free bar" this year I managed to get to the finish line in about 30 minutes less than last year, so I did time for 2 pints and a meal which I did not expect.

So for me it's wasnt about a fast time it's simply about taking part and raising funds for the Lifestyle Fitness chosen charity.

With this page there is information about the charity and it's good work, so please dig deep and donate now.
