Event: Sick Kids Save Point , from 12 October 2012 to 14 October 2012
We support Edinburgh's Children's Hospital to help make time spent in hospital better.

Story

Sick Kids Save Point is a 24 hour gaming marathon being held 12th-14th October 2012 to raise money for The Sick Kids Friends Foundation.
The foundation supports the work of the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh. The Hospital receives over 100,000 children through its doors each year from all over the country.

By making a small donation you could help provide:

* Extra comforts, which make time in hospital better for children
* Facilities
* Extra medical equipment
* Support for sick children who are cared for in the Community
* Funding for extra training and research

A big thank you to everyone who donated last year helping me to raise over £100 in total for the Charity. This year I'm hoping to raise £200 (or more!!).

I will be starting my Gamathon at around 8AM - Friday 12th October

About the charity

We aim to support every baby, child, young person and family that visits Edinburgh's children's hospital by providing daily activities, ward-based youth work, a family support service, hospital shop, and by funding life-changing medical equipment and ground breaking research.
