Hiya peeps, this is my bid to beg for your pennies in aid of DePaul UK, a organistion that works for young homeless people all over our fine land. I am doing the 3 Peaks Challenge the weekend of the 26th July and I would love love love your support. For everyone who knows me, you know that the well being of young people is very close to my heart and the intense struggle faced by the homeless is something thats really hit home recently and I would like to do my little bit to help. I hope you feel the same!!!

You guys also know that I'm not a natural athelete pre say!! (Pictured above you see me sitting on a mountain in Oz - lovely and relaxing - yes - how i will look on the top of Ben Nevis - no!!!). Please help me feel REALLY guilty and force me to complete this challenge by pledging as much as you can in these difficult times for us all. We've got it real good people - lets help those that don't (...and cue epic music...the end!!)

...WHAT HAPPENED NEXT!!...Just to add a wee update folks, I made it up 2 peaks in 48hrs (Ben Nevis & Snowdon), had a bit of a painful climb down Nevis, but already gearing up for next year!! Proud of my achievement and very very proud of my friends and family for having donated so generously. Thanks again!!!!

Lots of love gxo

Here's the science bit.........
