I'm running (walking/climbing/crawling) Tough Mudder on 8 June to raise money for Body and Soul - a pioneering charity dedicated to trainsforming the lives of children, teenagers and families living with or affected by HIV. 

Recently we lost a much loved member of the Body and Soul family and it reminded me of how important and inspirational the charity is to so many people.

So I'm hoping to raise some money to help Body and Soul continue to  offer support to hundreds of families affected by HIV.
