Home Counties Shih Tzu Rescue has come to the aid of Spirit, a 5 month old Shih Tzu cross Lhasa Apso. Stolen from a pet shop in Brussels, smuggled into the UK and is now in quarantine. They need help raising money for his ongoing care and for the bigger picture helping other animals in the future.
