About our charity : London Legal Support Trust London Legal Support Trust
The London Legal Support Trust supports the work of social welfare legal centres in London and the Home Counties. Funds raised are targeted to assist requests for help from the centres. This financial aid helps the legal centres overcome funding crises, develop new services, support appeals and improve their premises. THE TRUST IS COLLECTING FUNDS FOR ALL WALKS IN THE REGIONS FOR 2008.

Our personal message:

Thank you for visiting Hackney Law Centre's  fundraising page for the London Legal sponsored walk .

The Law Centre has served the most disadvantaged residents of Hackney for many years. Funding problems a couple of years back have left us in a precarious financial position. We are taking  the measures needed to overcome that problem for the long term but we need to raise £30,000 to cure the cash flow problems that will undermine our resurgence

We are delighted that colleagues from City firms Debevoise & plimpton and Faegre & Benson are also entering their own teams in to the walk to help with our problem as are our volunteers from BPP Law school. .

Our team consists of our own staff, Board members, local colleagues and supporters.

Please help us to continue to help the mpost disdadvantaged people in this most disadvantaged of areas.

All funds (including Gift Aid)  received by London Legal Support Trust through this page will be donated without deduction to Hackney Community Law Centre.
