My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our joint JustGiving page.

We are looking to help Demelza as families in Medway and Gravesend, where Vince and Glen (Hairy and Hog) live, benefit from the tremendous work they carry out.

As some of you will be aware Vince is a councillor for the area which Demelza lived in before her sad death at the age of just 24.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and sponsor us now, if you have any music requests make sure you put them in your messages!

We hope to see many of you at the 24 hour event which is taking place from 1am on Friday 13th July to 1am Saturday 14th July at Stanley Ballroom, St George Hotel, New Road, Chatham.

Well just over a week left on the fundraising page. Have had 1,000 pound match fund confirmed and added! Big thanks to the Hogs employers for their generous donation taking us well over the 3k figure, three times our target. If you haven't donated, there is still time to help. V

Wow, as we have got over £2000, that means we will get the maximum £1000 match funding from the Hog's employer - an amazing effort. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, this will go a long way to help families and children across Kent and Medway.
