Please, please help me raise some funding for the Iceni Family Centre, a charity providing a vital service to people, from all walks of life, with addiction issues. My name is Hamish Baillie and I intend to cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End ( Approx 870 miles ) and climb The Three Peaks along the way to raise desperately needed funding for Iceni. No mean feat in itself but take into account the fact that up until March 2010, I had suffered with agoraphobia for five years and weighed 19 stone so it's clear this will be the most physically and mentally demanding thing I've attempted in my life. The attempt begins on April 30th 2011 and I'm hoping to complete it in 24 days ( hopefully quicker, watch this space! ). If anyone you know and love or have known and loved has ever suffered with issues surrounding addiction then I'm sure you'll understand why I feel moved to attempt this challenge. If Iceni closes it will be a travesty. P.S. Yes i am completely crazy!!
