As many of you know, I was fortunate enough to come through a 20 year ding-dong battle with cancer. It wouldn't have been possible without the help of family, friends, doctors and nurses......and especially Macmillan ! The Macmillan staff are incredible and provide one of the most important support networks on the cancer journey. They have saved me on more than one occasion. 

This year I want to give back. I've raised funds for many charities over the years, but Macmillan is the charity that I feel I owe the most too. 

Please feel free to donate if you are able. Barely a year after a fractured heel, my wife Emma and I will be covering a marathon distance around the paths and hills of Loch Lomond.
