On the 12th February next year, Lawrence will be cycling from Rome to Murrayfield,
taking in Paris, Twickenham, Cardiff and Dublin along the way. I know that
2,800kms on a bike sounds like a crazy idea but it's a challenge he has et himself
to raise funds for Sport Relief and his recently established Dallaglio
Foundation.....he has asked me to join him on stage 4 from Twickenham to Cardiff.
I have commited to raising a minimum of £3,000 to be shared between
Sport Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation.
I will be in good company as Lawrence will be inviting many celebrities from the world of sport
and entertainment to share the pain, and his friends at GB Cycling have agreed
to provide us with technical advice.
The BBC and Sport Relief have both
agreed to feature the Challenge from start to finish.
