Spinal Muscular Atrophy, or SMA, is a rare inherited neuromuscular condition. It may affect crawling and walking ability, arm, hand, head and neck movement, breathing and swallowing. SMA Support UK is an established charity that supports and empowers anyone affected by the condition. They are advocates for better services, raise public awareness and fund research related initiatives.

Some of you will already be aware but for those who aren't this rare condition affected Abigail. A beautiful little girl who lost her life at just 8 months old. Abigail is daughter to Amy (my hubby's cousin) and Dan.

I want to raise funds for SMA Support UK. I managed to raise c£1250 last year. I really want to smash that this year.
