The Seville Marathon 2012 one year on from Duncan's PB –  and my sub 3:45 PB attempt.  Serious enough to enjoy my wine Wednesdays and weekends only,   to be put through my paces by Karen (runwithkaren.com) and raise funds for Tommy's.  Duncan is heading to where I was running this time last year: Boston and Helen will be trying to find where that photo of me was taken.  

For every mile in training, I’m going to pop a pound on this page.

Would you give Tommy's a pound for a Paarlauf, a fiver for a Fartlek, a tenner for a Tempo, a yen for a Yasso or a large amount for a Long slow run?

A couple of weeks before the race there will be a guess my finish time game.  The winner will receive a ‘gift’ from me.
