Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 22 November 2009 (whilst you're probably still tucked up nice and warm in bed), I will be doing a 10k run from Leeds city centre to Kirkstall Abbey and back again. It is likely to be cold and wet being at this time of the year, but I think it is for a worthy cause. Sponsored funds will go to Help The Aged and whilst I don't need to raise a great deal, I'm sure the elderly people of West Yorkshire would be very grateful for any amount you can spare - as would I!
