I completed a 10K run in February 2010 to raise money for Bliss, a UK charity which helps premature babies. I was proud to beat my target time of under 1 hour - just - by coming in at 59 mins, 36 secs. There is still time to donate and help me raise lots of money to help improve care and services for all those premature babies and their families.
